Terms of use.
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Liam Mann trading as Liam Mann Web Development. By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only. Any work I carry out for you is covered by a separate written agreement.
About the content
I take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but I do not promise that it is complete or free of errors. The content is general information and is provided as it is.
The cost estimator
The estimator on the contact page gives a rough, indicative guide only. It is not a quote, an offer or a contract. Prices exclude VAT, and the final cost depends on the detail of your project. I will confirm any price in writing before work begins.
Intellectual property
The design, text and code of this site belong to me unless stated otherwise, and you may not copy or reuse them without my permission. The case studies show websites I have built for clients. The names, logos, screenshots and content of those websites belong to the respective organisations and are shown with the purpose of describing my work.
Links to other websites
This site links to websites run by other people. I am not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy
How I handle personal information is explained in the Privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
I may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows when they were last changed. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
