Zendesk Themes

I built two Zendesk theme for Learnosity ZenDesk support sites; Help.Learnosity.com and AuthorGuide.Learnosity.com. Both are responsive and have custom Javascript to complete the requirements.

The Story

Learnosity is an education technology company specialising in online assessment solutions. It produces a set of tools that businesses use to build online assessment and learning products.

The Approach

I was tasked with converting two static design comps into two ZenDesk themes. Both themes were fully responsive and had a couple of interactive features. Automatic code highlighting for JSON code snippets and a sidebar table of contents generated from the page headings. But the most interesting aspect was because of a limitation of ZenDesk templating language and no way of adding category titles to subpages. Article pages had to use Javascript to set the category heading using the page URL and a hidden "headings" section.
